Azuki Bean Soup
Pasta with Olive Oil and Garlic Sauce
Steamed Watercress with Lemon
(The watercress came from our garden!  Sort of.  We bought some from the Park Slope Food Coop that had roots on it.  After using it, we planted the roots.  Three or Four weeks later we had more watercress!   I guess you'd have to call it land cress now.  It's evolving cress...)
