Simple Sweet Summer

Akiko is away at the Lyra Summer Music Workshop with our good camera, so these photos may be a little sub-par.  But after having spent several hours working in the garden today, I'm so excited about summer cooking.  This light meal was super easy, delicious, and satisfying.  I picked the lettuces, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, cucumber, mint leaves, and rosemary right before preparing the meal.  Farm to table!

Tofu Sour Cream

Raspberry Kanten with fresh Mint Leaves
