Vegan/Marco Challenge! Day 3 and 4!

Astragalus Root!  Have you heard of that before?  That was an ingredient listed on one of the recipes.  It was traditionally used as a herbal medicine to help strengthen the immune system.  It's always fun to learn something new!  

I've included links to some of the recipes.  I hope you'll try cooking the Immune Building Soup!  It was delicious!  Perfect for the cold weather!
